St. John’s Church builds for centuries to come
A field of grass will become an alter dedication for centuries to come.
Achitect Chip Knuth rolled out the plans and staked the corners of the nave and altar location.
Take a behind the scenes look as Mary Palmer Dargan shows how the St. John’s church committee started to layout the church prior to the dedication of the altar.
It is a great honor to be involved with siting this holy spot prior to its dedication. I can attest that with the birds singing all around and the happy committee close by, the site felt very close to God.
