New Pollinators Garden Installed at Dovecote
I am so happy that the sun is shining, birds a’singing and my new greenhouse has electricity! Lights, Action, Spring! Come see Dovecote this summer! “The Pickery” is our new pollinators garden and you can pick your own bouquet once the summer puts on the flowers. A male eastern tiger swallowtail butterfly (Eastern Tiger Swallowtail Papilio glaucus Linnaeus,1758) just flitted by on April 4…so beautiful! His caterpillar loves wild cherry and tulip poplar leaves which surround us. Stop by and watch the progress of our pollinators gardens.
A Project Underway: A Front Courtyard on a Mountain Landscape
Watch as we metamorphosis this new front courtyard on Lake Glenville, located near Cashiers NC in Glenshore…it started with a single brick path and now has a stone path… Thanks Black Bear Landscape!
