Best in Show at the Bascom’s Mountains in Bloom show …
for a cutting from, Cornus mas variegata, the beautiful non-native tree growing in our Dovecote Garden! We purchased a set of these stunning trees at Chattooga Gardens last year and they are about 10′ tall now, flanking our weeping japanese maple. Beautiful clear white edged foliage and large red fruits for the fall. We’ve given it an A+ in our client’s gardens for years, and how nice to see it recognized in a show with the top award!!
